WiM-Africa Global Thematic Chapters
Driving Innovation, Collaboration, and Continental Impact
As part of Women in Mining Africa’s (WiM-Africa) strategy to strengthen program delivery and deepen impact across Africa, we have established Global Thematic Chapters.
These chapters serve as continental innovation hubs, designed to coordinate specialized programs, foster cross-border collaboration, and provide structured platforms for knowledge sharing, capacity building, and policy engagement.
Each Global Thematic Chapter is aligned with WiM-Africa’s Strategic Focus Areas (SFs) and Seven-Point Program Agenda (7PPAs), ensuring that all activities contribute directly to the organization’s continental vision.
Beyond program delivery, these chapters function as models of excellence, supporting and mentoring national and local chapters while advancing high-impact initiatives within their respective thematic areas.
