Women in Mining Africa (WiM-Africa) is a registered charity committed to empowering women throughout the mining sector across the African continent. Our vision is to create a mining industry where women are empowered, respected, and essential contributors to sustainable development and equitable prosperity.As we expand our reach and impact, we are seeking passionate and visionary leaders to join WiM-Africa in key leadership roles.
Your leadership can drive our mission of promoting gender equality and sustainable development within the mining sector to new heights.By joining our leadership team, you will lead initiatives focused on empowering women in mining, advocating for their rights, and ensuring they have fair access to opportunities.
